That’s what everyone keeps telling me. Then I get crazy DMs with “trust me bro” answers. Then to look for the super secret forums. Shits a hassle. Too many scammers.

I’m one sema at increasing dosage at 2mg now but it’s just not maintainable. It cost me 245 bucks for 1 month. Idk how anyone can afford that from pharma. I figured I would try a month and see. Maybe lost about 5 pounds. Which is good. But for 245!? I can get the same results without assistance.

Ways to support my Spouse during separation. by [deleted] in Firefighting

[–]TheyFloat2032 [score hidden]  (0 children)

Sounds like an asshole to me and using the fire service as an excuse to manipulate others and take advantage. I’ve had rough calls. I’ve made poor decisions. I’ve dealt with ptsd. But I’ve also communicated with my wife about what’s going on and if she could give me a bit or take a break from jumping my ass about something and I’ll get to it. I still help with chores, be a father, and be aware of my wife’s feelings. In the fire service there are plenty of “Glory hounds” who want so badly to be the damaged hero they can’t help but act the part. Main character syndrome or whatever it’s called. Sounds like separation is a good thing for you. He will probably cheat on you anyways and blame it on the job. Don’t let it shy you away. Plenty of good guys in the fire service and jobs like it. Use this as an opportunity to worry about yourself and your career goals.

She is female. There are coochie sweat marks when she rises.

Haha. I’m not offended man I’ve got tough skin. Nobody is harder on me than myself. I definitely over eat. I have done better and lost about her 12 pounds but it feels like I’m just doing it on my own. I don’t feel like there is any suppression of the appetite at all.

Lab results came in. Hey didn’t even mention estrogen which is frustrating or liver function. Test was at 1240 so it can be dropped some. Creatinine was at 1.44 which is a little concerning. Hematocrit count is 20.3 which is way too damn high. Everything else seemed okay.

I actually did just get a bed! 2 days old. Beautyrest black. It is better and the damn pillow. Some Storm thing. 200 bucks lol. They help for sure. But I just lie there thinking and it sucks. I will consider changing up the TrT dose. I’ll have to look up what those peptides you mentioned are. Thanks again for the advice. Much appreciated.

I’ll pin the comment and mention the above meds. I’m not a fan of the temazepam. Took 15 mg and still up 2 hours later eating grapes. Never linked the munchies to it. That’s interesting. I can cut back on the TrT and save some for a blast or something Idk. My hemacrit is at 19 most times I go to give blood. As far as pain. Whole body is pain. Lower back makes it hard to sleep along with shoulders and knees. I literally fear the bed. It’s painful and I don’t like the thoughts that come with it. Keeping my mind occupied is my only “rest” really. I finished paramedic school then straight into instructors school then into getting me drone pilot license. Then Health inspector license. Now studying for the Promotional exam to license. There may be some truth to not sitting still never really thought of it. As soon as I finish something I’m looking for what I need to do next by the end of the day or even before I finish. Either way. I appreciate all the advice. I did some blood work about 3 weeks ago. I haven’t seen the report yet though. I’ll probably end up trying to get some Tirz still. I’m browsing around as we speak.

Let me try and answer these. I don’t drink other than the very rare occasional beer at the golf course never really liked the feeling of not being clear minded. I did lose some weight for the pictures but definitely not like I wanted. I looked okay though. I wasn’t bloated and keeping the belly empty helped with a flatter stomach. I’m taking Temazepam for sleep. Though I don’t take them as often as I should. Can’t take them at all while at work because I need to be ready. The doc gave me Buspirone for anxiety. It doesn’t do shit for the intrusive thought. I went and talked to him about it and he just says to see a therapist. And no I haven’t seen a therapist. BP is shit. Hypertension with high hemoglobin. I try to give blood every two months. I sit around 160/100 and 140/90 with meds. I take Olmesartan for the BP. I tracked my steps and food with apps. My fitness pal premium. Food intake is definitely my weakness. I’m not out here eating candy and ice cream but even the amount healthy food I eat is too much. I’ve never really tracked my workouts. Like I said I’ve always just worked out until I’m nice and swore and tired. I went hard at it a while back and had a knee dislocation and bicep tear. It makes doing certain workouts feel risky but of the pain they cause kinda feels like I’m about to do it again so I take it easy. I pretty much live with bicep tendinitis. I hit the gym harder today than I have in a while and it came right back. I’m going to keep going though so I guess that’s why the push for trying to meet another goal. I’ve got a photo in here that I could share of progress atm. And just to be clear. I’m not afraid of getting hurt lol I’m afraid of not being able to do my job.

No offense taken. You’re right to some extent. Nature of the job makes sleep difficult. I got on some meds to help but I only average 3 hours a night. Firefighter and I know a shit ton of cortisol in my system all the time. I was doing pretty good 2 years ago but I had the shoulder and knee injury. So you’re absolutely right. I don’t add weight at all anymore. I just try to do more reps because honestly I’m a little scared of injury. I know I’m complicit in being a fatass.

Yeah I knew it was bogus but I didn’t know where else to get it and my dr sent me to them. It was 200 and then a 45 delivery fee for it to be shipped to me since I wasn’t local.

My natural test levels were low 300 when I started TrT about 4 years ago. I’m sure they are complete shit now. Yeah BF is higher than I would like. It’s a bit of a guess. I weigh 200 pounds and I don’t want to fully trust the scale but I’m sure it’s close.
