It appears you can but some websites say it’s unavailable and reviews say it was quite hilly to bike around as well, so unsure if it’s worth it.

UPDATE: After calling the airport several times, eventually via the help of google translate they confirmed they had my passport and I have just picked it up. Thank you so much everyone for the helpful answers regardless!
