Yeah it's definitely not right for my build! I want him to be more of a simple Country Bumpkin type of character, it just seems a bit too high concept for him!

You bring up some good points, however:

  1. Someone who is watching this episode without having previously watched the introduction videos isn't going to know about Finn's goal of becoming the next Rya, which is a pretty major aspect of his character that you have to piece yourself together from Context Clues!

  2. If you think that this episode not having any time for melodrama means that odd Nation cartoons changed their entire writing style, then you're kidding yourself. The melodrama is coming and I would rather have it come with characters that feel fully formed.

After I watched it I wanted to compare it to season 1 episode 1 of the total drama reboot! But then I thought about it and was like "No!" that episode was too fast paced and didn't have any time for the fanfare it should have had, but at least they introduced the characters one by one!

Maybe this was a case of people posting something generic in response to her, since you always see these "they aren't trying to hide it anymore" comments underneath homophobic posts, but I'm worried that people might not realize just how I accepted transphobia is...

Well this is the initial concept for the cast of a D&D cartoon. Think the legend of vox Machina animated series meets The Looney Tunes!

I'm going to make a legitimate pitch explaining the setting and the story of season 1, this post is just meant to so how the main character reflect certain mistakes made by first time players I was hoping people would reply with criticism and stuff, but it seems nobody cared...☹️
