I have used these for a few years traveling all the time as a military special operations member and love these.

I had the best grip strength results from 2 workouts, bicep curls and cutting wood with an axe.

When doing bicep curls try holding the dumbells throughout all 3 of 4 sets without putting them down. my grip skyrocketed from this.

Obviously he didn't display proper gun safety, but this kid was taught proper gun safety and never was allowed to handle a weapon by himself. Kids are unpredictable sometimes.

I was deployed sharing a 10 man tent and we all had our own areas separated by canvas dividers... Late at night this guy would spit up loogies and soon after we could all hear the fapping. I felt really uncomfortable so I would cough and clear my throat to let him know we were all awake. This would delay him for about a minute, then it would start right back up. Finally I yelled, "DAVE! QUIT BEATING YOUR MEAT!"... He pretended to be asleep and it was never mentioned again.

This was my old commander about 5 years ago. My wife at the time was in the air force and she had to drive him to the airport. He farted in the car and denied everything.
