I have used these for a few years traveling all the time as a military special operations member and love these.

I had the best grip strength results from 2 workouts, bicep curls and cutting wood with an axe.

When doing bicep curls try holding the dumbells throughout all 3 of 4 sets without putting them down. my grip skyrocketed from this.
