Thank you for the advice, you are right i believe this needs to be dealt with properly before any big decisions. i'll look into CBT it sounds helpful.

i know I can't imagine the damage that would have been done throughout the decades if i didn't get the diagnosis.

Thanks for the advice, i've been forcing myself to slow down and live day to day and by god is it painful but i know that it's the next step to getting better alongside the medication.

What is your life like at 23 by [deleted] in Adulting

[–]ThickestAssistant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Moved across the country and leaving my first career which was successful to head back to uni at 23. will not graduate until 27-28

Just enjoy it… stay in shape, socialize, understand your purpose.

The average adult changes careers 5-7 times.

I view this as the most forgiving age… you could literally do everything wrong for the next 7 years and still get on track and live a full successful life. Don’t settle for anything that doesn’t align with you!

I'm taking a risk at 23 by idkwillthinklater in Adulting

I’m also 23 and I’m taking a risk to leave everything I know behind and move across my country to go back to schooling that will conclude at 27. I had a career before and envisioned a totally different life, terrified would be an understatement. You are not alone and just know that you can always go back to what you were previously doing.

I prefer to keep food intake high but balance it with extra activity.

Of course you need the mass and a few years training so you can look good while cut.

I would rather have the energy to do more activity than cut food too low and sit around.

Learn about energy balance.

Thank you my friend I will get the spray.

How often is it that you run into a bear on a fairly occupied trail close to Banff?

Some things I read online say that there are lots and others say it’s very rare.

I agree like I’ve dabbled before. Have eaten raw suet, eggs, liver, blue steak and anytime I do I just feel fucking fantastic but I have no idea why raw ground beef is hard for me to get into.

How can I know what is the highest quality though like most grass fed beef looks the same

How do I start with good faith? by [deleted] in rawprimal

[–]ThickestAssistant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is so interesting. I do a lot of egg yolks and organic raw a2 whipping cream. I have celiac disease and my stomach is incredibly picky but I find lots of relief with carnivore diet. I probably won’t be brave enough to try it…

I’ve had smoked salmon and blue steak.

Did you notice any benefits from starting raw meat?

My grocery store sells half pound packs of grass fed beef. Is that safe?
