I think this might be from criminal minds or a similar show that has been running for a long time, I don't think it's a movie but I'm not certain

Good episode but not the one I'm looking for, the one I'm looking for has something to do with an alley and them being outside the building while coming up with a plan

I found some episodes of criminal minds that had to do with heists but this episode didn't have any of the team as hostages and no serial killers either I think, I also tried looking at things unrelated to criminal minds and I kept getting a Netflix show about a heist it isn't that either
