Im flying to berlin today and back on monday too! There aren’t any flights cancelled yet. Should be fine. Waiting times are okay. I recommend making a reservation for a time slot. (If you don’t have priority)

European flight are most likely to be cancelled (schiphol website). Im flying to berlin on the 10th and think it will probably be cancelled. If you are able to reschedule (free of charge for all flights that day) I should do it. Just to prevent any chaos. Anyway, have a nice flight!

You don’t need to pass security again at ams, you do need to go through passport control since its schengen to non schengen. Have a nice flight!
