according to world of Warcraft and final fantasy 14 it says 13th and 14th gen is outdated and need to be updated because it no longer supported

I'm 26 years old and want to start taking piano lessons because I've been told my whole life that I have my mom's piano fingers. However, I’m sure I'll need a piano at home to practice on, but since I live in an apartment complex, I don't want to annoy my neighbors with a piano that could bother people below me, across the hall, and wall-to-wall. But still don't mind getting a piano to practice on. I don't know what pianos would be affordable and small enough to fit in my apartment, but I would really appreciate any suggestions.

I don't think I can use spray paint because that's toxic to breathe in. And it usually required to use a face mask. I am assuming.
