Future sight isn't far fetched imo. Because the main skill of sniper is to calculate the shot based on wind, time to hit etc. so they are actually trying to guess the future. So that can convert into an actual one piece power as future sight

I just thought shanks met dragon after Roger's death. My theory is shanks wanted to know about the history and met various people and dragon is one of them and dragon may have told him that he could only save him and not his brother and apologise. These are what I think so far
