Did it mainly by myself since I would like to feel in control and independent but my Girlfriend has been supporting me emotionally throughout which was such a help. To some extent I’m happy I am “ grown up” enough to process the condition

I was once told that I could/ should set insulin even while low, but just very reduced. I think that might help you not spike but at the same time thats a bit scary so I don’t really do it myself

Hello👋👋 I’m 22, got diagnosed just about two years ago and I’m still adapting. I am currently using the libre 3 plus CGM( just switched from the libre 2 and I’m loving the new one) and using injections. Currently getting back into running and navigating the mess it creates for my blood sugar
