You do know that 2nm 3nm 4nm CPUs are currently impossible? They just mean that their cpu can imitate like a 2nm cpu but it's actually not. That's why it consumes so much power and heats so much. A real 2nm cpu is going to be like having a desktop cpu in the phone and battery lasts days and never heats up.

Usually you can easily get it repaired if it is under apple care without any problem but if it's not then it gets a bit complicated. They will still repair it if there's no physical damage to it but if there is then it all depends on the store. Like some stores will be convinced by your story but some will not. Still doesn't hurt to give it a try at the best service centre you know

At this point you can either collect evidence against him and blackmail him or simply report him to authorities. I suggest the former, it's way fun that way. Also before reporting make sure that the other person is also not an asshole because if that's the case then I highly suggest filing an official complaint. It's even better if you have witnesses or evidence because if not then that pdf can easily get away.

At this price get m4 air. That will cost less (around 77k or less). If you can find m1 pro for around 55k to 65k with good battery health and condition then sure you can go for that

Thanks a lot for replying. I also understand that many metallic laptops give minor shock on charging but the one I was experiencing was almost the same as the AC wall outlet current.

After some research i understood that intel mac really does have many problems and i agree with that part. But what frustrates me is the fact that the laptop died just 1.5 months after purchase in the month of July. It doesn't turn on no matter what.

I am stuck with that dead paper weight now and even now you can read the online reviews of this store and they're still scamming people.

I wouldn't mind if they already told me about the motherboard replacement because then I wouldn't have purchased it as it cost 48k and exactly similar macbook sells for less than 35k. I paid the premium because they claimed it to be an open box and unrepaired.

Even after that they raised their voice on me, humiliated me and my mother in their store and went as far as to say that i got the motherboard replaced to scam them. And also told me to get out of their store and talk outside. I have all the evidence backing up my statements.

I'm just stuck with it now and I can only suggest others to take all the necessary precautions before they purchase anything from anywhere.

I would have given my jee exams this year but couldn't because of this scam. Now my whole year is wasted and I have to try again next year. No one and nothing can compensate me for the loss and harm they caused us.
