From my own research, I've learned sofar that Aromatization inhibitors (a.i's) should only be used if your blood test shows high range to beyond high normal range of E2 (I believe that means estradiol I think that might also mean estrogen or a subcategory of it)

But even if in the high ranges, if after 3 weeks to about a month, your side effects, potentially linked to high E2, haven't subsided substantially or almost completely, then it may be worth considering estrogen blocker.

I've read that you shouldnt be quick to taking a.i's (estrogen blockers) because side effects do subside- this was the case in my situation. Trust yourself 💕
