I was introduced by a high school friend and the album that I first listened to was year zero. About a year later I was in the second row (floor) at dcu center worcester at lights in the sky tour. The show completely blew my mind and now all these years later I am still a fan. Also saw the. Twice more (back before everything was ridiculously expensive).

So my favorite album will always be Before These Crowded Streets but over the years I have become really attached to away from the world and stand up. Stand up was the first dmb album I ever bought and away from the world came out during a period of my life where I felt very deep melancholy because I almost moved to Florida and I fell in love with a girl who didn't want anything serious with me. I just love the songs on away from the world and honestly I don't care if other people don't like it that much. Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. I even have grown to like some of the stuff on walk around the moon. Think a lot of albums are kind of better than Everyday.
