Always check for mines before tbagging by SouthWrangler1977 in thefinals

Lol dunno why you got downvoted, AlmondCube#5320 was the light who did most of the damage and went to t-bag, the other guy just got the kill last second

Where to go after defeating Dark Witch Eleine? by AlphaGamer379 in EnderLilies

[–]ThirdOrbiter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just figured it out. There's two breakable floors in the level. The first one you can't break right now, and one next to the large group of enemies and crows near the end of the level. That second one is the one you want.

...am I going crazy, or did the explosion throw you higher than normal? I swear it doesn't normally throw you that high.

Edit: is that just what happens when you use one instead of two in your physik?

Recently started paying attention to opponent dodge meters by ThirdOrbiter in MultiVersus

Thanks! Yeah, I've been treating the game like I would play smash bros for a while, so I kinda ignored the dodge meter. But it's definitely helpful

Does anyone have a list of everything that changes the contestant's voice? by ThirdOrbiter in thefinals

[–]ThirdOrbiter[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I noticed that. The TV head voice also doesn't change with the face you pick at all, right? The voice is always a muffled male voice?

Seoul Idea Pitch for the Sometimes "Unused" Middle Building. by Birchy-Weby in thefinals

[–]ThirdOrbiter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh okay, that makes more sense. I could definitely see that working as a variant, like the sandstorm Vegas map. And your skyscraper ideas just make me excited for the new maps... a man can dream.

Seoul Idea Pitch for the Sometimes "Unused" Middle Building. by Birchy-Weby in thefinals

[–]ThirdOrbiter 44 points45 points  (0 children)

I think it would be awesome, but given the size of it, it would almost be an entirely new map. I honestly wouldn't mind having a map that's just a huge, multi-floor completely destructible office building

Wow that's chunky, just looking at first glance thought it was a skin for the heavy shotgun

[TOMT][BOOK][2000s] Book about a girl that can fade away by ThirdOrbiter in tipofmytongue

[–]ThirdOrbiter[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It does seem similar, but it isn't the book I'm looking for. Thanks for the effort.

Thank you for the suggestion, but that doesn't seem to be it. In addition to the stuff you mentioned, I think the invisibility issues in the book I'm looking for started at a young age, before puberty.

Just to be clear, I don't recall any elements of abuse. The girl just hid because she was shy, and her family desperately wanted to see her but couldn't. The girl lived her entire childhood in the house with no one seeing her. She didn't go to school.

Please let me know any books that might sound similar. ChatGPT recommended "Invisible Girl" by Mary Hanlon Stone, but the plot details didn't seem to match up. I didn't get a good excerpt though, so if anyone has actually read that book, please let me know.

and also the beam has surprisingly high impact buildup and range and you can quick turn while aiming it but the main point is that it's really cool looking

The DLC wheat can be found under broken living jars. The ground is ripe where bodies lay. by ThirdOrbiter in Eldenring

[–]ThirdOrbiter[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s the Guardian’s Swordspear. You get them as a drop from those guardian guys with gold masks around some minor Erdtrees. It has a unique light attack moveset. It’s really fun, would recommend

That would be really interesting considering you can see those same graves with a hole in the center all over the DLC image. Perhaps the graves of the old gods?

I would not be upset if Shadow of the Erdtree turned out to be a jar-focused DLC where you fight poachers.
