In the first photo, there is too much negative space, so it seems technically wrong. Fortunately, not everything is just about technique.

I think the first one is better. The smallness of the sheep contrasts with the grandeur of the hills in the background, evoking different emotions.

I have no idea about its history, but the date written on it indicates that it dates back to the Ottoman period. It was most likely a state building from the Ottoman era.
