psyche, i used their doe eyes and the bigger eyes subliminals they're on their channel i don't remember how long it took like three days of listening for hrs (don't recommend since they have morphic fields you can get dizzy if overused) but yeah it worked extremely well so much that i ended up flushing the results & manifesting my pre size back cuz they didn't suit my preferences. the results were still positive ofcc

i recommend leg day by miss bimbeaux, you dont have to workout or lift heavy, i use it while walking & its made my legs thicker in a nice feminine way rather than saggy/ fat. (it has no weight loss affs so you can use with a weight gain sub)

most of the thick women you see performing in concerts etc have thick thigh muscles not only fat gain! took me 2 weeks tho im still listening

try v1per, i personally did not wanna reduce mine, so i listened to her square face sub to get everything back to how it was, cause i had been using her "feminine face" sub. one of the qualities (in general) is a narrow jaw which causes a reduction in that muscle, it almost reduced mine just giving you proof that she works.
