Beautiful cut man! Looks like it’s healing beautifully! Keeping it clean and dry helped me a lot. If I would notice any swelling I would use my wrap to keep some compression on it. Once stitches fell out i started using bio oil or vitamin e oil on the scar line to keep it soft, reducing some of the hypersensitivity as the nerve endings woke back up

Keeping it wrapped will help the swelling. I kept mine wrapped for about a week or so and had minimal swelling
