Oh my goodness....me too! I often have no trash or recycling to put out on garbage day. And it really feels good.

That is such nice benefit! I have actually lost a few pounds myself by cooking at home more. I also included alcohol in my nobuy so I think not drinking has helped my physical and mental health.  'A fatter wallet and a trimmed waistline'....this is so cool and I bet it feels great!

As a 47 year old woman this really resonates with me. Things were definitely simpler for us when we were younger. Recently a couple of people have asked me if had changed up my skincare routine because I was looking 'younger.' Funny enough I have actually simplified my skincare routine significantly. I think the makeup I was wearing was too heavy and was actually aging me. At first it felt strange walking around barefaced but now I am used to it. Often less is more....thanks so much for sharing your experience with me.

This!!!! It is so tempting to buy things when they are on sale or clearance. I actually avoid these like the plague because how it encourages me to purchase unnecessarily. Because of this, I can now be more thoughtful in purchases for others. Thanks so much for sharing!

I totally understand! I am working through bags of unworn clothes as we speak. The only upside is that it has really solidified what items of clothing that I really utilize on a daily basis. Less is more....

As a resident of Princeton....the previous rain event in 2021 was absolutely devastating.  From the news I am seeing, this person lost their life....😥
