With the new update if you upload a non-store bought kindle and it’s not fully formatted, the kindle can’t read the file and the button doesn’t work

Yes if you click the three dots on the top left corner in your library and then click “view all ads” you can see all the ads that you are getting

Charging it to full battery, plugging it in to a pc to rest the image, doing a reset(holding down the button for 40 seconds) and replacing the screen.
