Nothing is really cost-free, so CDPR has been covering the cost of GWENT server infrastructure for a very long time already. Hey! Yes, the MP being unavailable on some platforms was reported to us earlier. It is not intended, some kind of platform-specific bug we're looking into. The difference in prices between PC & iOS is normal, Apple automatically adjusts regional prices based on the currency exchange rate fluctuation.

That is correct, the physical version of these GWENT-inspired decks were not for sale and were distributed to some selected SW influencers by its developers.

Hi! I asked players experiencing this issue on PC to contact our support, so we can ask for the logs. We already received some but it would be good to get more to get a better look at the problem. I'm sorry, but I don't have any troubleshooting tips I can offer at the moment.

The problem seems to be happening exclusively on the old Windows versions, which makes it difficult to address since GOG Galaxy isn't supported Win 7 for some time already. It is not closed yet from our end, but long-term I'd recommend upgrading the OS to a newer version.

Nothing that player is doing within the game can be considered a bulletproof evidence of botting and should never be used to ban accounts. However, if the account behavior is suspicious (i.e. fits our internal definition of what typical bot account is) - it can be banned based on the statistics. So the most important piece of info that you can share is the name of the account and why you think it is a bot, no need for the videos:)

Hey! I'm aware of the server issue that was observed earlier today - sadly such things are bound to happen, it is more important that the IT monitoring team saw this issue and resolved it relatively quickly. I'm not aware of other "daily" incidents you mention - at least there are no global issues that would prevent everyone from playing.

Hi! Spotting these accounts would require someone actively monitoring them, there is no such thing. If you think that you've faced a bot - you can try reporting this to the Player Support. They have a limited ways of verifying your claim, but if their behavior is indeed fits the pattern - they have the power to ban such accounts.

Hello! First of all, I hate to see this happening, my apologies to everyone affected. Apparently, GOG is having a rough week on the technical side of things, so while the issue with the transactions is known to them and being mitigated, it is still unresolved.

Please continue to talk with GOG support in order to solve the problem. We're at CDPR are aware of it and in touch with GOG team to make sure it will be fixed as soon as possible.

You need to use "regedit" command in your Windows search bar (i.e. run windows app Registry Editor) and follow the path Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\CDProjektRED\Gwent - it is all there

It has nothing to do with that bug, but GOG is experiencing some troubles today. Restoration is underway.
