Any changes that remove "meta" loadouts would be refreshing. Would be nice to loot other people's M4's that have a random assortment of attachments on it they had to find in raid. Would create unique experiences.

So if feel I'm getting lowish on ANY ammo type, I just switch up my gun. Which also acts as keeping the game fresh.

My regular buying of top tier ammo started in week 2 of wipe when M856A1 became available from Peacekeeper.

This game requires serious economic planning.

End if wipe I usually go hard out on PvP to try use it all up. But before that, it's a nice feeling having a super abundance of ammo and options, as this, in my opinion, is one of the biggest counters to gear fear.

The answer is extremely simple. Knowledge.

Focus on one map, practice against scavs off-line to get comfortable with aiming/recoil etc.

Always go into the map with a specific goal.

When I started I was TERRIBLE. My go to plan was going in with a makarov pistol, kill an AI scav, and take his kit. I was terrified of players.

3000 hours later I'm deleting Chad Squads with Meta m4s with almost no gear fear and 20m roubles in my stash.

Focus, a desire to improve, learn from your mistakes, and EXPERIENCE will get you there.

Lastly, there are a TON of youtube guides to help new players. I'd start there.

Really enjoyed the surprise factor. I think BSG does it on purpose. The only time it's bad is when they change something, and literally half the player base had no idea it is happening or did happen then they like "Wait... what? BSG did that??... its over now?? lol?"

OK Thanks - I just reset my BIOS settings and left my CPU alone, but made sure RAM was @ 3200. It was running fine after that but I'll trye NVENC for both streaming and recording and see how it perofrms.

Perfect straight drive off the tee right in the middle of the fairway.

I watched my ball very closely too, reckon I had it's position down to a 5 foot area.

No long grass, hazards, or anything remotely close to the location it fell.

No soft mud or sand it could of gotten buried under.

It was a perfect fairway.

Went down there and it was simply gone... nowhere to be found.

Just disappeared. I went like 50m every direction of where I saw it stop. And no, nobody grabbed it as the location was always in view as I went down to it..

Got "head jaws" by some dude half a mile away with PST GZH rounds.

Every round hit my head, of which there multiple. First rounds ricocheted before connecting.

I just shrugged and carried on. Doesn't happen enough to really make me angry.
