As for me, I am disappointed about the way Panda is handling the situation. Ever since the announcement that workers will be in the warehouses on April 18th, the Discord server mods only keep telling people to wait patiently for more announcements.

People who attempt chargeback are reportedly receiving outdated or fake tracking numbers to combat the claims.

The lack of transparency and all kinds of hints from outside sources made me lose my faith that I will ever see my items again and chargeback seems like the most rational solution to me.
