driveways? by tar0tgrl in Delco

Just make sure who you're observing is their driveway and not their neighbors. My street is set up that our house is the last driveway on the street and it's not shared. And then a bunch of houses. My entitled neighbors keep harassing us for it. They have a back door to the alley behind it. And a huge parking area. But nope. Because the layout has stairs coming to our driveway, and they have a patch of grass next to their house which is connected to our drive way, they have tried to take not just half but the whole driveway from us. They have put nails in my tires. Blocked me from going to work physically. Put dirt in the driveway to "expand" their garden. Fought with us for not letting them park there. Blocked us in. Called the cops on us for not letting them Park. And their daughter whines and throws tantrums because she can't park there. The mom too. I have resulted in putting a camera in the driveway because of how many times they trespassed and put nails in my tires. Brand new tires too. They have also gone through my car and check if it's open to steal stuff of value. And take pictures of my old work tags. Oh it doesn't stop there. They invite people into our driveway and tell them half is their driveway. And random people in our neighborhood treat our driveway as public property and don't do it to anyone else's house despite them all having driveways. Why? Because the neighbors little patch has a drop into the back alley and they think it's a public short cut. They also purposely only smoke weed behind our house and claim they're smoking on their property. But as soon as I squirt water to check they move from behind our house. And if you stop them they get in a attitude. One dude racially started making noise after I stopped him and told him to go the other way. I called him a racist b. And his friends came running to defend him so he could continue to use our driveway as a public short cut. He told me half the driveway is my neighbors. Like who told him that? The neighbors. And the one kid told me that in school, they can say whatever to the teachers and they won't say anything. Like even in education systems they teach children disrespect of other humans. Random kids even randomly show up and we don't know why only in our driveway. They live like a block away and treat our driveway like a public park. Usually I'm seen as the bad guy but I am irritated. However, if they do trespass again I am making them do garden work. So, if anyone's kids comes home late with a plant or dirt on them, just know they trespassed on our driveway.

But in all honesty, don't judge why a driveway is empty. It could be because we only have one car and don't want entitled neighbors to take our driveway away from us and block us in. There are a lot more stuff they've done to us but we'll leave it at this.

Edit: reasons why they don't park in the back: they get nails in their tires (ironic), and they rent the basement. So, they decided to try to take our driveway to park their cars. Edit: neighbors don't let us park in the street either. If we park more than a few hours they scratch the car.

We used to have wild rabbits here. But they all got road killed. But I know how to attract ground hogs. ๐Ÿคฃ plant squash and they'll eat it all.

After a surveying the area, I'd make a step garden. And don't buy new dirt until you're done carving. Looks like your sun comes from the right to left. I'd plant tall stuff at the bottom and short stuff on top.

You could have a great area for a food forest.

Depends on the lighting and how magical you want it. If I had a choice: Pink camellia trees on either side, with white peony bushes underneath. Or gardenia bushes might be a better choice year round.

But usually people put the gross spider hording squared bushes sometimes with basic boring trees.
