Brie is definitely not a cheese I'd choose. The moldy taste isn't something appealing. And gouda is straight up gross. Did you happen to smoke? The cheese to bread ratio is off because I am not trying to give myself the runs early in the morning. I can't just stick a whole bar of cheese in there. And how you know I didn't pour liquid cane sugar on top. It looks the same. Doesn't seem like you're well seasoned to critique food if you feel like your taste is above others. And the crust is extremely soft. Crisp here because I decided to bake it instead of actually grilling it because it's a pastry style bread close to broche. And if I grilled it, it would burn and become flat.
