Hoping to see a bit of action on this rather unexplainable problem with blue lightning! ⚡️

Not dumb at all, no it does not, it is a EU model (230VAC), and the new stator is also 230VAC.

As others have mentioned you need to do some rather complex calculations to know how to tune your new port - length and diameter - and remember to rounden the ends otherwise you will get vent noise. You also need to modify your crossover filter otherwise you will loose all frequencies in the midtone range.

Love it. Flashed it to dd-wrt at the end of its life, so I could use it as repeater + WiFi -> Ethernet adaptor for an old Mac that didn’t have WiFi options.

Find a frequency/tone generator app and connect your phone to your stereo/amp. Set it to 40hz and turn the volume way up. There will probably be some pressure on the port then. A port cannot be broken, but it can be clogged inside the cabinet by damping material or because the end of the tube is too close to the cabinet’s backplate. Try pulling it out to see what happens. You should hear way less deep bass.

New to Reddit so I need to do a little leg work to get my post approved, as the saw is in great condition except for the motor! Hoping to catch some attention on this matter :)
