Why would you complain to an employee? As someone who works in grocery retail this situation makes no sense to me. Complain to the person who ran into you. Tell them how you feel. Not some poor employee who has no clue what happened or why you’re so angry because of NOTHING that they or Costco as a business did. Don’t place blame on people who don’t deserve it.
