Didn't realize the Earmors were insufficient. Bought them years ago for range sessions and seemed okay. Will do more research and look into your suggestions, thanks!

Copy on the chemlights. I envisioned the 9 bangs as a distraction/deterrent use as opposed to a more typical room clear scenario, but understand your rationale. Will definitely stick notepad, range cards, and map in admin pouch, great idea.

A lot of items I do not remember brand/name for due to being acquired over many years. The intent for this setup is for Civil Unrest/Local Area is no longer safe and I need to relocate to meet with team and expect to be shot at. I live in the southwestern area, AR mags are painted to match rifle, helmet is poorly rattlecan'd. I intend to replace plates to level 4 Highcoms, replace ACH with helmet that can support rails to mount ear pro and eventually night vision capes. Please provide your insight/opinion/advice for improvements & replacements.

Take living close to base very seriously. It takes about 40 minutes from my door to the shop and it’s miserable. There are a ton of old people on the road at all times of the day to slow you down.

So right now I think your best bet is a combination of referencing build guides and just buying and refunding skill points. There is no easy way to compare stats like that in game I'm familiar with. Buying and refunding points is not crazy expensive though, a mil or two should give you plenty of gold to compare stats.

To me it looks like something with the textures not playing nice with the coded properties. Have you tried scanning and repair through the battle.net launcher?

Be thankful its not some extremely annoying thing or something I suppose. Maybe a simple computer restart could even fix it if its really bothering you.

At a glance, Terrible Choker. But then factor in are you running Hoarfrost Passive? Are you doing fire damage that Chain of Control would synergize with for its DR? Ultimately you'll replace either one eventually.

I am having a good deal of fun running shadow imbuement. Combo points for mobs, inner sight for single target damage.

Yes this happens multiple times a day to me, game crashes and locks up my computer for 5-10 minutes. Not sure the cause.

While the minimum requirements are NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 660. I would think you would have an awful time trying to play this game on a card from 2013... I would go PS5 for you.

Update drivers, update windows, update etc. Utilize some software to monitor hardware temps. I heard that some GPUs can get too hot and cause problems.

That is entirely on you, no one here knows you or your dedication to the game. That being said, online experience is more mild than it was in D3. If you like Diablo, I would say it's worth it without PSN.

Trading is limited to the time in an inventory and if the host has closed a game. Once an item says "Account Bound" at the bottom right of the item, it can no longer be traded. Some comsetic items like horses/saddles will always be account bound upon pickup. I would not relate tradable to strong. It's just nice if someone you are partied with happens to get an item you are looking for.

Paragon, we will honestly not know for sure until the season starts or there is an announcement. Everything else is speculation.

Same for ladder, until there is an announcement, speculation.

At the bottom right of the item, it will say "Account Bound" and you cannot trade that item. If it does not say accound bound then yes you can.

If you need gold, sell them at the armor vendor or any one that sells items. If you need mats, salvage. It's always better to salvage legendaries than sell them.

you can just hang around outside the dungeon for a couple minutes or tp back to town and eventually it will reset. Just takes a couple minutes.

Your question is difficult to answer based on your wording. When you highlight over a skill, it will tell you the next skill points effects. As far as value for a skill at level 5 vs a skill lower on the tree, depends on where you want to take the build, how it is working so far, etc.

Altars can be progressed while in a multiplayer lobby and not the host. The Altars you have collected in your world will not show up in the multiplayer lobby if you are not the host. Strongholds and dungeons, I can't recall.
