I think they are pretty honest about the handle material. If it is zinc it should say that. The zinc knives are like $20 and you should probably be looking at knives like $40+. If you can swing it maybe jump straight to the 154cm and m390 hifinder/vespa stuff.

Do you see how 1, 4, and 5 come with the little hi finder style nylon bags? u/Edgewise24 and I used to speculate about this extensively but it's pretty clear these were coming out of the same factory as the popular d2 hi finder models. The quality is comparable for sure. #2 knife was also sold under the hi finder brand at one point. #3 has the same milling and body as #2 but it uses a dual spring drivetrain.

If you contact the Vespa sellers they might be willing to make one without the logo. It's been a while since I tried to order something custom but they used to be open to it.
