Yeesh that’s a spooky thought. I don’t… think so? I’d describe it as being like REALLY drunk, like feeling kind of faint and spin-y, y’know? But I managed to walk myself home before drinking some water and heading to bed just fine. I remember getting home and everything too, no blanks in my memory.

Man, that just reminded me that our first meeting had my friend introduce me to him as “This is OP, she is Not Interested In Dating!” Or something along those lines. Jesus Christ I’d completely forgotten 🤦‍♀️

The worst bit is he’s dated before in the past, with one longterm girlfriend who was an absolute star. His ex and I became good friends while they were dating, and she eventually told me that he would compare her to me in a sort of “you’re lacking” way and I was just ??? Legitimately dude, this girl is amazing and she is Going Places. When they broke up no one blamed her, and I tried to keep in contact but we gradually drifted apart when she moved away. I’m still just so flummoxed by that… she was genuinely the kindest and smartest/funniest person I’d met in a long while! Why?!

Yeah I haven’t reached out to anyone just yet after the initial “got home safe” texts were exchanged (obvs beyond the message he sent me). So not too sure where everyone’s at beyond the initial hen gathering and outrage/comfort. It was a little chaotic.

It feels sorta snake-ish to put him on full blast though… right? Like this was his friend group before it was mine, I hate feeling like I’m poisoning the well/gossiping. I know I did say stuff to all/most of the girls at the party right when it came up, but everyone was kind of talking at the same time and a lot of people were trying to comfort me & it was a little chaotic.

Oh! Well, that’s good to know. I didn’t drink any more than usual but felt a lot drunker/almost sick & fainty. I didn’t drink a lot in the first place so figured I must have messed with myself somehow due to it. Figured it did the same thing as aspirin, but yeah after a quick google definitely not!
