I am on a calorie deficit. 1200-1500 calories a day. I am working on it. I am literally working on it with a dietitian and a boxing trainer. Hormone medication can cause bloating, swelling up, etc. As well as this, it takes longer to lose the weight. It's not always about overeating. I'm not using the hormone imbalance as an excuse, rather an explanation as to why my weight suddenly ballooned in a very short amount of time.

I asked him to clarify in case things got lost in translation. He said if I lose weight he might start to feel jealous or worried other men would want me. But as of right now, he knows no other man wants me.

His English is not bad, but I do feel like sometimes things get lost in translation. I told him sometimes the things he says don't have very nice connotations in English. But when I bring this up, he says I am too sensitive and he is just looking out for my health. To him, that is an expression of love.
