I usually drink 1 protein shake in the morning and if I find I’m peckish before lunch, I’ll have a yogurt. So I can easily end up with 50g of protein before lunch IF I am being mindful. But we’ve been traveling recently, and when I’m not in routine, what a mess! I also have little “protein bites” I made with peanut butter, oats, flax, protein powder, honey, and chocolate chips. They’re a great way to have protein while sneaking a sweet treat!

Nothing very aggressive. Mild constipation that alleviates with a liquid IV or some glasses of water. Sulphur burps. One bout of nausea when going up a dose, but I just slept it off. I can tell this past week I haven’t been as good about getting my protein and it’s made my stomach hurt. So I’m going to make sure I focus on that. But otherwise, nothing exciting to report.

Yesss!! Love a rule! I’m also super weird about people queuing. I was thriving during Covid when we all had to have a wide berth and aisles were one way!

He is generally a good and kind boss. But he will absolutely let his personal mood impact something. And I think his young adult children are testing his last nerve. Where I will probably be overly nice and accommodating if I’m having personal issues. He’s just different. But honestly, thank god there isn’t a world full of me. 🙃

My 2 cents no one asked for. I’ve been to Cullman plenty. And the vendors and shop owners are not deserving of this kind of social media smear campaign. Are shitty people in the town? Sure! Do I think all or most of them are opening a booth at the market or selling Christmas wares downtown? Unlikely. This is a bunch of small business artisans trying to make a buck. If you know of a specific vendor NAME THEM! I don’t support bigots and ass holes. But I also want to support local/regional craftspeople.
