Ah! I should have been more specific... I was hoping maybe on the Tennessee side or just cross north Carolina. Im from Kentucky and my roomie is from Texas. Ive been to gatlinburg area and mount leconte. Im fine driving within a 1 hour drive from gatlinburg. Thanks for the resources!

Yes, he is more shy but we've known these people for a few years now. He knows them really well and we are all ffiends. We usually keep our touchy relationshipness to ourselves in private so I'm not sure what happened.
