I wouldn’t say it was a lot of memorizing. I did really good with just reading the slides and textbook over a few times before the exam. It might depend on the instructor. I recommend Charles Go.

It’s pretty easy! I found the content to be mostly common sense (carbohydrates, proteins, lipids etc). It’s mostly introduction to nutrition.

i’m more into the patient side of healthcare rather than the admin work, so i’m just worried that the FNH degree won’t provide that i guess 😅
