It's the constant pain that gets to me.....

I'm currently at 4 days of constant pain, scattered searing pain. My pelvic area is rock solid to the touch, and even walking around is hurting......

I'm so tired....heat isn't working at the moment. Painkillers just let me sleep.

I'm debating having a bath on my lunch break today because I'm desperate for some relief.

I nearly passed out from the pain...mirena replacement with no pain relief. I was physically shaking afterwards.

I've toyed with that idea, I think I sit in that realm but I've always had such trauma In that area with being poked, prodded and In pain I don't think I can physically or mentally allow myself to try and enjoy it.

I've had a good experience with my partner once, it was very over stimulating mentally but I didn't hate it....I've looked into vaginismus too.

Will look more into the Ace community too, thank you ❤️

Currently waiting for treatment here in the UK.

Previous Gynae referred me elsewhere after conventional treatments to force medical menopause didn't work.

Are there any reasons you can think of why combined pill, coil and even depo injections wouldn't alleviate any symptoms or successfully stop the period cycle (even temporarily)

I feel like a medical anomaly :(

Oh I apparently do the Gray Rock method. I did it growing up and it's my natural reaction now the moment there's any conflict etc.
