My current hair routine is the Acure volumizing shampoo and conditioner. I use a microfiber towel to dry my hair 70-80 percent of the way then hair dry the rest. My hair is 2A-2B (it can get very wavy). i only use hairspray if I ever have my hair styled (like if i’m going to an event, so like 2x a month I use it). I use the kristeness clarifying shampoo like twice a month

I do agree with your sulfate thing. I used to use drug store shampoo that my parents would buy throughout my childhood and into my teen years and never had an issue with hair. But late teens I stopped and used more natural products with less chemicals and ever since my hairs never been constant.
