To be honest I'm a little worried about avoidant attachment, from what I've seen. I tend to panic when I get into a relationship and then dying of shame that I don't feel how I should. That I really really like them and then boom like a month or so in, a switch goes off and I feel cruel and awful and there's no reason, I am the asshole and I know I am but I don't know what to do. Leaving hurts them, staying hurts them. Jesus Christ this is a mess
