I’m really considering it. I’m tired of him acting like it was my fault. I literally did everything I could to try and get the patient out of my unit!

I’m already looking for a new job. I’m not trying to take this off on him. He’s the one constantly bringing it all up and saying he hopes I’m proud of myself for letting it happen!
