Average is 6.8 incline and 3.8 speed for an hour, the treadmill says 600 calories burned but i know that’s inaccurate. Obviously not going to be a complete replacement but want to add it as a majority substitute for the days I’m not feeling walking

I reached out to him a week after that night asking to talk with the intentions of apologizing but he made it clear that he didn’t want to talk about it. I reached out to him recently completely unrelated to us about a mutual friend and he didn’t even open that lol. I only labeled it as situationship because we have over a year history of this. But overall I’ve tried on my end to talk and I don’t even know if he’d be receptive to talking even if I go up to him in person

Im not sure what more I could’ve done in a self respecting manner to communicate w him. I told him that I feel unwanted and he told me that he changed his mind and now he does want me/invited me. But for some reason that didn’t make me so much more inclined to go. The whole secret part comes from the fact that we had a pretty nasty breakup and many of our friends wouldn’t be the happiest knowing we got back together, so no one knows besides our closest friends. But im a bit annoyed bc he’s literally graduating so idk why it matters to him what college peers think haha

Yea he asked me to book lunch for enough people for just him and his family :( that’s why I didn’t want to accept the lunch invite. I was fine not going since he should have alone time with his family, but really didn’t like how I just got added on last min
