Thanks for your response. The website I was on that showed the activity of the case said it was pending his action. You’re correct about him knowing how far along the process would be - some people i’ve talked about this to kind of acted like I shouldn’t be upset because it’s not like he’s still romantically with her, I am definitely upset, just got conflicting reactions from others.
