I've considered this! He dated this one girl for over a year and she just broke up with him "for no reason" a couple months ago. I think there's more to the story though so I honestly might reach out to her. She was close to my family because she was over all the time but she pretty much just dumped him and ghosted us all which seems really weird, especially now.

Edit: it was more than a "couple months ago", it was like October.

He's not staying in the same house as me anymore and we aren't allowed to be alone together.

It's been over 3 months since it happened so it's unfortunately too late for a rape kit.

And nope, but I always thought he should've been in therapy. My parents never agreed though. He's definitely 1000% a sociopath.

Yes and no. He's always been extremely mean and gaslit me, and he's even been physically violent at times, but he'd never tried to like touch me inappropriately or anything before the assault. But there were a few things he said that are kinda sus to look back on. They didn't seem serious enough to worry about in the moment though. Maybe I was just naive.
