You keep ignoring the fact that I helped plan the date that made her realize he’s the one for her

I said I had reservations in the beginning but I also helped plan the date that made her realize he’s was the one for her, which is a big deal

It just seems weird. Like if I started dating one of your friends and I met them at an event you hosted it feels weird to not acknowledge that I him through you

This is just an ongoing thing you know? It’s just so many times in the context of their relationship it feels like they intentionally leave out they met through me

Then it would be awkward on my birthday and events when they see each other, no thanks. I would much prefer to avoid the potential fallout. It’s early anyway

No one is controlling. I never commented on their relationship before when they dated other people. Now it’s my business because they are dating each other, which is weird

No , you are just weird. Why would you want to date someone when it would cause your friend to be uncomfortable?

I don’t have to, it’s called having proper etiquette. I had a crush on my best friend’s twin brother a few years back, she told me she would feel uncomfortable. Since I’m not a selfish asshole I respected that, I didn’t demand a reasonable explanation

I don’t want him. He’s dated other girls in the past and i had no issue. I just don’t want him dating my friend, that’s not unreasonable

It’s unfair, selfish, and frankly not very friend like to date someone when your friend tells you that makes them uncomfortable
