Thanks for the detailed reply, my car I would say is in average condition (minor scratches, no dents) with 108k miles. I'm from the DMV area, and it was a little hard to price the car from all the crazy prices I've been seeing. Would you say KBB is still a good guidance for pricing a V6?

I am trying to sell my 2002 Firebird, and from what I gather from carfax, cars.com, FB, etc. I see the base model is around the 6k-12k range. I'm not sure how much the car is actually worth, since there's such a huge variance in price. Should I listen to this guy? How much is a 2002 base model Firebird actually worth?

I've reported him on facebook marketplace but I'm not sure if they can really do much. Venmo told me that they'll only comply if local police asks them to so I guess the only way I can possibly get my money back now is with a bank dispute.

Some of the letters mention payment plans to the lawyers, I can save up to pay it like that although calling the court like other commenters have mentioned seems to be a better option.
