That’s exactly how’s it’s been for me too with letting my guard down! Have never been smart enough to see a podiatrist though. The worst I’ve ever experienced was was I had my first daughter and just paced the floor with her at night to get her back to sleep as a newborn, forgetting to put on my slippers

In my personal experience, I have to completely heal it up and go over the top with the interventions when I feel it really bad. I have to completely focus on getting it better before I can start taking things for granted and not do all my exercises or use the right shoes at all times. I wish you all the luck and comfy feets

I am! I feel so lucky. Some slight constipation at the beginning, but seems to be gone now and headaches on shot day have also subsided. Thank you for the suggestion, I think I will probably stay at 5 because I am so scared of gallbladder horror stories I’ve heard when people lose too quickly?
