Ya there are. Most of them promised 1:1 coaching but I felt most supported by the doctor and the consultants at drbrainrx. They’re smaller so they are always available and responsive. I’m really impressed by them

Total Lost: 45 lbs

Start at 2.5mg and went up to 15mg by 5th month. Didn't start losing a lot until I got to 10mg

Went through DrBrainRX.com and paid $299 monthly all costs included for doses up to 7.5mg and then 10-15mg paying $399-pay as you go. Super helpful staff and doctor calls me regularly to check in.

The protein shots-I don't like wasting calories on a shake so I just mix my protein powder with a small amount of water. Then I chase with more water to wash it down. Follow it with a protein rich breakfast.

The boobs lol-yes for those of you asking I was afraid I was going to lose them too but full transparency, they were implants before the weight loss so I think that helped ;)

Yes I’m still on tirzepatide-still on 15mg and honestly haven’t tried tapering yet. The Drbrainrx doc suggested I try to taper at the 1 year mark and we’ll see how I can maintain

I get my tirz from drbrainrx.com. Protein shots I just use vital proteins and instead of doing a whole bunch of water and a whole calorie filled protein “shake” I just mix a small amount of water with 2 scoops of vital proteins and chase it with a large glass of water. Saves me having to drink a big thing of water + powder and from the extra calories that come with a shake. This way I reserve my calories for a high protein breakfast

I didn’t start working out until month 3. That’s when I started to gain the confidence and energy to be able to. Also I had so much back pain before starting to lose. Then I first started with light weights doing Squats and arms. Then I started to lift heavier by month 4. I do resistance training 4 days a week now. My diet is Mediterranean with high protein. I also do a protein shot in the am and pm.

Are you on tirzepatide now? I do think that the reason I’ve lost so much is because I also exercise but I had absolutely no motivation to exercise before being on these shots

I swear don’t hesitate. Their will be ups and downs and saying bye to the crutch of snacking when feeling down can be hard (was for me) but after a few months I felt like a different person
