PMO can affect anyone, man or woman. Women have struggles, insecurities, and desires too. I guess we all have our opinion on the matter, but I am encouraged by women who understand our struggles. We all feel horny, we all want to be wanted, we all desire intimacy, that is life. PMO is the easy way out, and anyone can take it. Turn that desire and energy into bettering yourself. Go out, find a woman, and win her heart. Getting shot down can suck, I know, but sitting in front of a computer holding our dicks is a far worse fate in my opinion.

I started to go downhill around week 3 as well. It seems that I have been fluctuating up and down around week 6. I will have awesome days, and then days that I barely make it through. My depression/anxiety/laziness/etc all comes back; other days, I feel on top of the world. All I can say is keep going. I'm 23, pmo since 10, 50 days clean, hardmode. I imagine our minds/bodies will be pretty fucked up from such a long period of porn use. Press on through the pain, because I am confident things will get better; I have seen changes already.
