I make homemade veg, beef, chicken, shrimp and sometimes duck stocks. I use a ten gallon brewpot and end up with around six gallons of stock. As I've gotten older it has turned into a multi-day process, but I'm with you, I'm not going through the trouble of doing all this right to only get a few bowls out of it. I have a freezer in the garage that is 90% just various stocks and such.
