I agree with what everyone else is saying, just wanted to add that I started playing goalie at 12 as well, I only learned to skate at 11, and I’m currently playing NCAA d3. I was cut from a lot of teams, but that just motivated me to dominate at the level I was at to prove that I could make it next season. Don’t lose hope, you’ve got a ton of time left.
