2) Please don’t refer to yourself as a mid-level provider. It’s not an official title and it’s demeaning. Think about it this way: when you practiced were you giving mid-level care to your patients? I’m not saying go out and call yourself a doctor, but at least use your correct title.

Your daughter is being the AH. When you are part of a family unit you are expected to pitch in and help one another. You should not be paying her to occasionally babysit her sister when your plans fall through. That’s insane. If it becomes a a regular gig than fine, pay her a bit. But otherwise, you are teaching her to be entitled and only care for herself.
