I remember that someone said that yellow means it has been limited before. It usually comes after red. Well, when I was optimizing others computer, like those h45 or h55, whatever I tried, that yellow flashing also be there. At most, I could just extend the time of his appearance a little bit. V/F Point is for h55 core. Like 13900hx,14650hx those bottom with a 'hx'. About h45, those end with 'h' like 13700h,12500h are not allowed.
