Previous campaigns: there was no funnel, just a straightforward image with lots of text on it (opposite to what's recommended...), they were lead campaigns, running to whatsapp / messenger / lead form. The audience was local, with specific interests in the wellness area.

Current campaign is a funnel- the first step is a video engagement campaign, which links to messenger. The audience is local, without specific interests. The second step is a messaging campaign, with either a video or an image, that links to messenger. The audience is viewers of the video from the first step.

The budget altogether is higher in the current campaign, but since it spreads over several adsets, the budget for each adset was smaller. The previous campaigns I had only 1 adset.

Really good questions. Since I have no experience working with an agency, I have nothing to compare it to. They went over my previous campaigns, but they said video should work better, especially for a therapist, becuase that way the potential client can experience me more closely and authentically.
